kean could be on either the b-list for the upcoming season, or the homegrown list for any seasons, even if he'll be older than 21.
I meant Aouar and Partey. KDB is not a realistic target, but there is no harm in trying, offer him a deal he can't refuse.
de bruyne's current salary is reported to be around 350k gbp net per weeks, which translates into well over 20m euros net per seasons. add that to the 100m+ transfer fee, his age (29), and you'll realize he's completely out of our budget with a potential 50m+ yearly cost even on a 5-year deal and the new italian tax laws. (only matching his current wages would cost us around 32-33m per seasons, plus his amortization would be at least 20m on a yearly basis.)
as for partey, he's impossible for an objective reason: neither arthur, nor mckennie have a european passport, so we're out of the non-eu places for this summer.
i do think we can still go for aouar, but we'll need to offload some players first.
