    TuttoSport's Juve 20/21:

    Ronaldo - Scrub/younger scrub
    Dybala/Kulusevski

Isn't Pinamonti owned by Inter? or did Genoa sign him outright. Anyway, most interesting CF link in a while.
I think they sold him there.

CF is tough position bc a lot of the premier CFs are on the wrong side of 30. If we're looking for a pure #9, there aren't a lot of options (especially Juve caliber)...
Looks to me like players available (assuming Haland is not) that meet this characteristic (not all Juventus caliber) are:
    -Mbappe (good luck lol)
    -Harry Kane
    -Milik
    -Icardi
    -Jiminez
    -Osimhen
    -Duvan Zapata
    -Dembele (on Lyon)
    -Belotti
    -Carlos Venicius (Benfica)
-Gabriel Jesus (not a true #9, but plays well centrally)
    -Wout Weghorst

Most of those names would be underwhelming, so I understand why they're looking at Milik. He's a #9, worked with Sarri before and is Serie A proven. Higuain in his prime was truly unique w/ his characteristics...technique, strength, two footedness, build up play, good dribbing, elite finishing.

I was mistaken, raiola's intentions are pure. Desperately trying to save the career of his client.

Roma is in mini turmoil too, aren't they?
The kid from roma is supposedly a left back, few other clubs want him too. Roma are a mess but when are they never?, I don't think those rumoured merry go round swap deals will be as extravagant as initially mentioned since there is a change of sporting director

Not a fan. Not physically strong enough and doesn't have the poaching instinct to be a pure no 9 or technical or fast enough to be a 10.

I'm sure we could find a cheaper option as a backup.
    he is the cheap option...

I'm almost certain higuain is going, searching for a new striker would strike me as to the reason why
But a backup CF that is! Dybala is playing the false 9 role fitting the system and pretty obviously works out magically for us.

What we need, like you said, is a Higuain replacement. That eliminates a prolific expensive striker like Gabriel Jesus. (who don't want to sit on the bench for Dybala)
Many of the names we've been linked with clearly aren't a false 9 kind of player. Even Higauin is a better f9 than most on that list. Honestly, I'd just keep Gonzalo instead of adding something mediocre

Milik as main - Not thanks
Auba - He is good but not that fond of him
Jimenez - Dont know much about him

Backup - Pinamonti - I dont recall much from him so tough to really judge
Kaio Jorge - Someone told me he is a good young player (dont remember if it is on this forum or from a friend)
Scamacca - Name rings a bell but I dont really remember him.

In any case its not a mouth watering list for sure.

Someone mentioned G.J - I dont think its possible but if it is I rather him than any of the mentioned players..

Barca can take Costa and Rabbit in exchange for De Jong.
I`ll add Rugani and Bernardeschi on top of it..

Problem is my understanding of the Higuain situation is that he wants to leave at the end of the season. To a certain degree we have to let him go for economic reasons too.

However the problem is there aren't enough good or available number 9s on the market that will match our profile. Haaland is definitely a no go this summer. We're not left with a great deal else aside from players in their late 20's.

How about Kulusevski playing CF/F9 whenever Dybala isn't playing? Maybe that's why we're after Ferran Torres for the RW?
He's got the height, muscle and technique to do it. I believe he has played striker for Sweden u21 as well.

    LW:
    1. Ronaldo
    2. Ferran Torres/DC
    3. Bernardeschi

    ST:
    1. Dybala
    2. Kulusevski

    RW:
    1. Kulusevski
    2. Bernardeschi
    3. Ferran Torres/DC
