Yeah it would be amazing, but doubt it will happen, IMO if we buy 2 CMs/AMs, one of them will be more defensive kind. Aouar is basically a creative attacking CM, its not so easy seeing him lineup with Pogba plus the more all around CMs we have (only Bentancur as regista or Matuidi more defensive task players, rest not so much).


And Aouar hasnt debuted for France yet, its probably the most stacked NT in the world nowadays, harder to get a foot in, plus still just a Lyon player.


Its nice to day dream, it wont happen ofcourse, but it would be so fun if we somehow ended the transfer market with a starting midfield of Pogba - Bentancur - Aouar



Pogba is an overall complete midfield monster, Bentancur dynamic enough to cover for others and keep possession, while Aouar is freed up to do this with pure freedom:

I can see them play perfectly together. The key is our tactically smart Bentancur. His positioning is on point. He'll cover just fine. Think Pep's Barca: Iniesta(Pogba), Xavi(Aouar), Busquets/Yaya(Bentancur). No way a traditional regista like Pirlo could work. But a DM like Bentancur could. As you said, Pogba is a monster. We'd have a strong and technical midfield with these three.
