My legs are perfectly sized. My upperbody is massive though I'll admit. I can't help being blessed with a genetic predisposition to insane upper body strength.

140kg for sets on incline bench, followed by same on flat, same on decline. I don't fuck around. I will shrug 150kg for sets easily. For squats I will do sets of 190kg squats. Unfortunately my chest and general upper body is insanely strong relative to my legs but its not from a lack of training.

Why do I need a stun gun walking around one of the top 10 most dangerous cities in the world? The real question is why do you need a gun living in your lily white suburbia? Are you afraid those scary brown people are going to show you what a bitch you are? In my experience gun advocates from safe countries tend to be afraid of their own shadows.

At least I get in close combat with my taser and considering the amount of murders here it is justifiable. You are 100% a bitch if you carry a gun in America.

Benta for SMS?
Obviously if they’re willing to give us a reasonable price if we include Bentancur we go for it. It addresses a huge need in central mid. Honestly putting Pjanic between SMS and Can gives him a lot of protection. It’s not quite Vidal/Marchisio, but Pjanic needs less protection that Pirlo. He is more mobile and a better defensive player.

I would imagine Boca get nothing in the event of Bentacur being used as part of a swap. The contract only states 50% of his transfer fee. Unless its worded like 'sell on value' which means they might be able to argue what Juventus and the swapping club valued him at in the swap deal and ask for 50% of that valuation.

That’s tricky. It depends all on the estimated value of SMS. If you pay 50+ Bentancur, it really depends on your estimate of SMS. Like 80 would mean 15 mil while 100 would mean 25 mil. Lol. That is tricky as ****.

in the swap excahange between milan and juve they declared the value of both caldara and bonucci to be 35 mil.
that being said in case of a swap + money , it seems that juve would be forced to expose the amount of money that benta is being valued at and 50% of that would go to boca.
