140kg for sets on incline bench, followed by same on flat, same on decline. I don't fuck around. I will shrug 150kg for sets easily. For squats I will do sets of 190kg squats. Unfortunately my chest and general upper body is insanely strong relative to my legs but its not from a lack of training.
