We cant predict how things are gonna pan out next summer. Mandzukic and Cuadrado could possibly be on their way out, we never know. Or maybe someone will bid big for Dybi and Bernie will take his place which would make room for another attacker. We never saw the Higuain departure coming until the last 2-3 months for example.
Who knows it could be Messi? lol About as crazy as Ronaldo. But in all seriousness anything can happen and I would think this is a big year for the risk evaluation. We could catapolt into financial security and want to buy future stars to keep the going or need to pump the brakes a bit

Is your avatar a picture of Bonucci's head on Ronaldo's kid?

Lol same level? In form Marcelo wipes the floor and his ass with an in form Sandro.

Also there is no such thing as in form Sandro, you should accept it by now, in fact his first season looks more and more like a fluke.

Not that I kind keeping him, I wish he gets back some of that motivation that made him perform like he did two seasons ago but if we get Marcelo sell Sandro without blinking asap.

Get Marcelo, sell Sandro and sturaro, get a CM (Pogba) close mercato, win CL
Lol, what about his second season? He was LB no1 in the world. He has everything, he's a tank and great at both ends when in form. One season doesn't change that. He looked great in preseason so far so let's hope he can continue that.

:agree:

He had an excellent 2 seasons here and clearly impressive for Porto before that.

Maybe last season was the odd one out, easy to see that he may just have been affected by the transfer saga before it. Even if last season wasn't as good s the prior 2, it wasn't as bad as many make out (especially his goals/assists).

Bentancur is definitely gonna make his way to the starting 11 this season. I see him better than Marchisio, Sturaro and Khedira already, and soon to bench Pjanic too.
Seems some in here quickly forget our games and only remember the results. We actually played really well the first leg against Real and had them dominated in the opening 60min till we decided to commit suicide. Bentancur was really really impressive there.
The second leg we end up winning but we were far more under pressure and off the ball, despite scoring on most of our chances.
I see these two games used in the favour of Pjanic, as examples of his importance - how fair is that.

I think our midfield as it is , is good enough for 90% of our games

It's the 10% of the games, like yesterday, against the likes of RM, Barca or Man City , that have this really quick and slick passing style which slices us open and we lose control that we need one more WC star

P.S. I dont need the snide remarks dissecting each word of my statement or analogies (man city who?, didnt we beat RM and Barca? pre-season bla bla )

Also, as is, we could still win those 10% of games ...but for guarantees , another WC mid would give peace of mind

What's the latest rumours about Mandzukic? I don't think it's a good idea to have a season without a #9 on our shirts. Any idea if someone from the current roster wants it?

They will twist the facts, twist the numbers or miss out a whole season so their irrelevant points would look valid :agree:
