Only based on the assumption that he's going to have a stellar season

Not by being on the bench (which would be the likely outcome if he stayed)

Why even risk it ?

His value is only going to get lower
His value is only like this because it's obvious that we're trying to get rid of him. Painfully obvious.

The Caldara/Bonucci/Higuain deal nearly complete according to Di Marzio.
good, lets get over it and focus on other things, like selling sturaro.

cant see any low-cost midfielders in the market, so that will be that, maybe other buys will be for juventus B (like that spaniard or german) if serie C will ever get going lol

I guess we couldn't pass on the opportunity to sign Ronaldo. Too good an opportunity to miss out on. Feel sad for Higuain but it is what it is.

I'm just saying. Selling him for 36m next season is definitely doable - but if we can use him the next year it also makes a profil possible. Allegri knows best :agree:

32 old strikers rarely sell for 36m, except in case you're ronaldo.

allegri has little say in transfers i guess.

It's done. Welcome back Leo.
meh, i fucking hate that prick. anyway, i trust marotta, but i'm positive we're going to regret this, except for the higuain part.

€54m for Higuain is pretty good though. Too bad we are selling him to that scum. I really hoped that Chelsea would get him. Oh well.

Not entirely convinced that the Bonucci/Caldara swap is the right move tho. Didn’t really want that rat back here, but whatever. Hope Caldara is a flop for them, but I highly doubt he will be.

Our backup is Higauin, Mandzukic, Cuadrado and Bernadeschi for attack.

Are you kidding? And us keeping Higauin may force us to sacrifice a starter, no?

What about this:

Higuain

Ronaldo-Dybala-Costa

Can-Pjanic

Alex Sandro - Chiello-Benatia- Cancelo

Keeper

With 4-2-3-1 we'll have Berna, Cuadrado and Mandzu as back ups, which sounds reasonable.

caldara's career is now completely unpredictable, just like ranocchia's progress at inda. back in the bari days, ranocchia looked like the more mature one compared to bonucci, and now he's a complete flop without any confidence, while bonucci is one of the highest paid footballers in italy. caldara in milan =/= caldara in juventus. good luck for the kid, he's got huge potential.

Ronaldo, Higgy and Dybala at the same time - Max would never do that, and rightly so imo.
