If we sell Rugani it means we either really want a CB and use Rugani`s money to get him or we really want a specific player and try to raise money in order to get him while leaning on Caldara to do Rugani`s job or better.
The first option (that I mentioned-defender) is De Ligt
The second option (that I mentioned-CM) is SMS

Rather have Saivc now than those players which didn't have an impact on the team
