WTF is that shit with Icardi? We'll spend 50m to barely improve on our current CF while our midfield screams mediocrity for about three years now.

I mean, Icardi could be better than Higuain but the margin is not 50m worth. Both are box strikers incapable of doing anything outside of it. We'll keep sacrificing Dybala that way which is a crime, really.

Gimme SMS for that kind of money.

Szczęsny
MDS/Cuadrado - Rugani - Chiellini - AS
Can - Pjanic - SMS
Dybala - Higuain - Costa

WC team right there. Significantly improved, ready for some serious action in CL. Just drop the fragile mentality and we'll eventually get it. Getting Icardi hardly improves the attack while leaves us with a huge hole in the middle.

Does Ronaldo track back? Or Messi? :p

That's BS you're only going to see in Italy. In Serie A you want every player to defend.
    actually they do. :p

Doesn't even matter. He'd be one of our better players here for two years. Either way we always sell our best players. Mind as well profit on it and potentially do something in Europe before we don't want to keep players who want to leave.
No wonder we haven't won in Europe we keep on chopping and changing

    Who gives a $#@! ?

We like playing FIFA and recycling the squad every year anyway

As long as we're winning, its alright i guess.
With darmian perin can and potentially pellegrini/Cristante we have definitely improved our side to be champions league favourites next season

They don't :p not any top club has strikers who track back to help out midfield. I don't mean they are stuck in the box, but what they ask in Italy is quite unique and retarded.
have you guys seen Dybala and Higgy? not only do they not track back, they walk around the pitch. they sometimes jog after a defender and thats it

Dybala's bro also had him playing FIFA with Dybala in an Atletico jersey

Make of it what you want !
I think that was his cousin or something - Lautaro Dybala.

There are very, very few teams without Ronaldo/Messi that actually play 2 strikers (and even Barca could not defend Roma this year). One has always been Atletico and in their prime days they had Costa/Garcia who made the formation a 4-6-0, that's how defensive they were.

Otherwise if you are playing 4-4-2 and don't ask the strikers to defend, you are gambling big time that you can defend the other team with only 8 players. It's basically the difference between Juve-Madrid first leg and second leg. First leg it's 4-4-2 and MDS gets caught in midfield because we don't have the 5th player to take up the space. Boom 1-0, match over.

If Allegri was more defensive in the first leg, we could have the CL right now.

I don't know what changes from Higuain to Icardi. Maybe Icardi scores 3 or 4 more goals. But we will still struggle vs. teams like Spurs, going back and forth up and down the pitch, wide open, because we don't have enough players closing space.
