According to the latest reports from Florence-based newspaper La Nazione, Fiorentina have identified Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali as one of their key targets ahead of this summer’s transfer window.

Viola coach Stefano Pioli is said to be a huge admirer of the 18-year-old, who has already earned comparisons with the likes of Andrea Pirlo and Marco Verratti. It does however remain to be seen whether Pantaleo Corvino will be able to fend off competition from Inter and Sampdoria, who are also interested in securing his services.

He is beast for Portugal. Inda is known for destroying players. Cannavaro, Davids, pirlo to name a few. I think we could relaunch his career here

Joao Mario is a much better player than his Inter performances but when taking a new mid I think of what he will add and this is the result:
1. He will add presence which is good - He actually isnt a weak player physically despite not having the abs of Balotelli..
2. Passing wise - I cant see him doing anything special
3. Shooting skills - Nothing special

So I can see him as a good player but not the perfect fit for our cause - therefore I say - pass..

Ohh.. In this case he would be the next Poli..
My opinion is only based on youtube since I never heard of him until today.. In the Youtube videos he looks like he uses his brain with his passes but he doesnt seem even close to have the potential of Pirlo or Verratti...
I remember Verratti when he played for Pescara - his passing skills were already very good and he seemed to have a great potential - I saw Verratti play back then and I didnt see this guy but I must say I dont think the videos compliment him that much (either that or he sucks but play long balls the way Pirlo used to play them but of course with less success..)

What do people think about not buying a RB and having Cuads and MDS as our RBs next season. I figure its not worth having cuads there if you still need to go purchase someone so in this scenario what the thought?

If signing a RB prevents us from strengthening the midfield, then I would say forget it and let Cuadrado play there.

The way I look at it is MDS and Lichtsteiner were negatives this year. As in they provided average (generous) defending and below average attacking.

Cuadrado can provide very good attacking (for a fullback) and below average defending. So you are probably coming out ahead in terms of goals/goals against.
