Don't like buying a player who is known for his speed at age 27. He'll still be good, but he'll take a big step-back over the next 3 years.
Damn, he's 27?

I thought he was 23 or so and still yet to enter his prime.

There's something about him as a player that I don't like. He has a great goal scoring record, but I don't know what it is that I doubt about him.

Juventus are interested in Griezmann & have contacted his agent. The French has a €100m release clause. Barcelona are currently leading the race to sign him. [Rai]
Its great we target a player like him but the sad part is we know what it means - I am currently in denial and hope we are interested in order to be stronger but if we target Griezmann it probably means Dybala.. I hope for once we intend to make ourselves stronger and not just rejuvenate with new players..

No we buy them in perfect condition and injure them ourselves

Mark will agree with me on this but we should have bought him whilst he was still at real sociedad. I don't really know why we are after another top forward unless one is already planned to leave. I do wish we would prioritise our midfield with a top name too and not aaron ramsey and the likes of

We gonna sell Dybala for 150 mln and get Griezmann for 100. :beppe:

Then Beppe gonna use the extra 50 mln to sign SMS.
Sounds like a plan but we all know that
We arent getting Griezmann and if we sell Dybala (still not sure about if it happens this summer) we will probably replace him with Martial and use the rest of the money to strengthen our midfield - This is more like the way we work..

Well, it's hard to dismiss an idea of getting a player like Griezmann. However, with Higuain, Dybala, Costa, Berna, Cuadrado, Pjaca and Mandzukic this move would make very little sense. Unless we have good offers for the aforementioned players then we should defo go for the Frenchman. 100mln seems more than reasonable in today's market.
