that's what we can pay for... or do we think we're srsly going to spend 60m+ on a midfielder?

We don’t need to spend that much money on a midfielder, we just need to be smarter in the transfer market. There are talented creative playmakers out there who won’t cost us outrageous money.

I would get Torreira and Fornals (Villarreal), together with Bentancur our midfield could be set for years to come.

The pogba return dream for 60m buy back clause would be amazing but aint gonna happen.

SMS and Can makes sense for midfield. Sell sturaro and most likely marchisio will leave. He doesnt need to ride the bench at his age..let him end his career playing. Will break my heart losing him.

But a midfield of pjanic matuidi can SMS and bentancur is good enough for me.

Keep sandro, bring in spinna. MDS for right back unless we can find a better option but i think this guy can make it work. Can spinna play right back also?

Need to sacrifice a forward. Mandzukic makes sense to me now that he csn get some decent coin for us. Plus he is used a winger and we have 3 better winger options. Id bring back back kean as a higuain back up unless we can find someone decent on the cheap.

If we can manage to find funds through selling mandzukic sturaro marchisio (kills me even saying that) without selling a key player like sandro then id be happy enough.

I really dont want to lose a sandro to gain an SMS. We constantly improve a position by weakening one. And we get caught out.

Yeah, if we do have a chunk of money to spend, I'd say invest in 1-2 young midfield prospects and then try and get a solid/good 40-50 mil CM. When i think about the upcoming Madrid game, midfield is the 1 area that's really scary. Because in attack and defense, I don't feel we have any issues, it's just the midfield

And you can all stop acting as if Can is just another Sturaro... We'd be very lucky to land him on a Bosman transfer with the likes of Manchester City and others interested. He'd fit in perfectly and we'd only need one more midfielder while selling Sturaro & Khedira.

With three mdifield setup I really want to see more of Bentancur next year. The boy is an exceptional talent. Similar to Pogba in the way he's proven himself at ~20 years old. We must put faith in those rare wonderkids. Other then that I agree we need to sign a "top player" in this area. Bentancur is a CDM, we should get a CM/b2b.

Can is definitely 10 times as good as Sturaro (it doesnt says much as everyone is..) but I dont think we are getting him - He is stalling way too much..
as for Marchisio at Lazio - For some reason I thought he played for them but it seems Im wrong about it as wikipedia only talks about Empoli

I don't believe getting rid of Marchisio and Mandzukic is a good idea. Both are much experienced players and important for Juve identity. What's more, they're still very good players. We won't get the money worth of letting them due to their age. Also, a midfield composed of stranieri doesn't sound good to me neither.
I'd let Kean stay on loan for another year. He won't get much space here with Higuain in his prime and the young Italian is no competition to him.
This summer, I'd go for Hysaj and Can. Maybe Pellegrino if we will have to sacrifice one of the current midfielders. We're stacked in attack with Piazza coming back from loan.
Summing up, circa 50mln spent on Hysaj, Can on bosman and Pellegrino for 25. I believe it's affordable if we sell some on loan players or Sturaro.

I dont think Can will be here next season but I totally agree with your elite club philosophy - We need to get to the next level and we cant do it without improving the quality of our team which means we need to spend..
We cant spend our budget on 1 player?! why not?! Real did it for years and you could say it paid off..
