So we need a fullback revolution next season it seems.

Asamoah leaving is all but confirmed

Lichtsteiner will most likely be leaving too

Alex Sandro as well perhaps
It's going to be a disaster if we end up getting rid of 3 fullbacks. Asamoah and Licht make sense, and even so, it's a big blow cause of the time they spent here. They can be replaced, but it will take time for others to settle as well. However, if we join Sandro to that list, then it's nothing but a disaster.

I'd consider Sidibe as a RB. He can play RB and LB. He's mainly about physical strength and running, not so technical and not a great crosser, but he would be a very nice addition and a more refined and improved version of prime Lichtsteiner.

Keep Asamoah, we aren't going to get better without blowing a large amount of our budget.

He has got his form back and is still only 29.
We dont want to sell him.. He wants out.. and as far as I know he is going to Inter on a free transfer
We all want Asamoah to stay and be a LB sub..

Keep AS, make him bench/rotation until he sorts his shit out. He can compete with Spinnz.

Need a new RB to partner with MDS. If we sell Sandro it better be to buy SMS and fix our midfield. I trust Paratici to give Beppe a decent shortlist to pull talent from for our LB/RB positions.

No matter what we do this summer SMS is a MUST purchase!
He is WC, he is one of the best in his position and he plays for Lazio so he would definitely accept us..
Best scenario is if we somehow manage to keep our starts and get SMS but its probable that A.Sandro will be sold as he probably wants out and it would help financing the SMS move..

maybe it would be cheaper to get back Pogba.
I mean... Tare said they refused a 150m for Milinkovic...... if we trust him that's really out of our world

Of course they didn't refuse 150mln. Mbappe cost only little more and that was because Monaco didn't need to sell after offloading Silva and Mendy already. Coutinho cost around the same amount and he's much more talented and proven than SMS, not to mention he was bought from a club that didn't need to sell neither. In Milinkovic case Lazio will not have such arguments. If they don't make the CL they will have to sell him and the player will want to leave as well. They'll be over the moon if they get an offer close to 100mln.

Can and pellegrini remain our best choice for the midfield
Keep on targeting big and strong midfielders instead of technically gifted midfielder => complain when we can’t string 3 passes together against teams that press us.

I recently watched Can when Liverpool played against Manchester United and Tottenham, I was completely underwhelmed. He offers zero creativity, he is slow, and he lacks defensive awareness (watch him during Wanyama’s wonder goal)

that's what we can pay for... or do we think we're srsly going to spend 60m+ on a midfielder?
