Whoever pays 150m for SMS will end up regretting it. If you think about it, out of all the big world record moves in the past, only C.Ronaldo and Buffon have truly lived up to the price tag. Maybe Zidane, but he as well was very inconsistent from what I remember. Kaka, Bale, Pogba, Mbappe, Neymar..
The pressure must be insane when someone spends that much for you to deliver

Milinkovic-Savic could stay a dream for Juventus | Calciomercato.com

Italian daily Il Messagero reports that Lazio star Sergey Milinkovic-Savic is set to be only a dream for Serie A giants Juventus.

The 23-year-old Milinkovic-Savichas emerged as one Serie A's best midfielders over the last two seasons and due to that, has attracted interest from a host of European giants of the game. This season, The Spain born Serbian has found the back of the net nine times from the midfield, assisting twice so far.

Il Messegero report that while Juventus do dream of signing Milinkovic-Savic and he is a top target for the club, the Old Lady will not overpay for the midfielder in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The daily say that the lofty price tag that the biancocelesti have set on Milinkovic-Savic's head is the reason why Juventus will not sign the midfielder. Claudio Lotito really likes the player and feels that he is worth around 150 million euros, which is not a fee that bianconeri will not want to pay, but Manchester United are also interested.
I doubt his move will be over 100M.. I still think he will be going for 90-100M tops

IS there really a possibility we bring Pogba back?
Pogba might want to come back but certain things needs to happen for this:
1. We splash big for him - around the 80M mark (if they even accept this price)
2. Pogba needs to cut his wages and cut it big...

In other words.. No, not a chance..

You have to adjust your squad to fit every good players needs. Costa is just as good on the left as he is on the right. Cuadrado and Bernardeschi are both much better on the right. Therefore it makes sense to play Costa on the left.

I know you really like Mandzukic, but he should be a backup striker and nothing more. He has been found out this season, the tactics of just hoofing the ball to our tall winger was never going to work long term.

what has Dybala to do with this? and DC is our best winger, and his best position is RW/RM, it would be stupid to play him elsewhere if we dont have to
If we play 3 up top it will be Costa,Dybala,Higuain IMO. Costa and Dybals will have more freedom and switch from time to time but I think its more natural for Dybala to be more right. If we are playing the 4-2-3-1 then costa on the right would make more sense but also now we have 3 wingers for the right and none for the left.

Say we did bring him back, do you think him and like Pellegrini would be enough of additions to our squad?
them 2, Spinazzola and Caldara, Kean and Pjaca back. if AS and Dybala stay, thats enough for sure. but we arent getting Pogba back sadly

whenever we played Costa, Dybala and Higuain together, Costa was on the right. its a lopsided 442 with Matuidi providing width on the left. or a classic 442 when AS plays LM

Im shocked by how many people think we've been playing 433 since dybala has returned to the team

Its been 442/4231, even when we've played 3 mids, with matuidi as LW and costa as RW

The LW has been rotating between matuidi, sandro and mandzukic

Dybala has only played SS/CAM and i think that one coppa game as no.9

This notion of dybala on the wing has to be put to bed

You mean midfield destroyed for good; mired in mediocrity forever :touched: All those bang average Italians and ones that have yet to fulfill their potential. We need at least one caliber level player in midfield. I'd be extremely disappointed with that midfield selection.
