Im not a fan , but there are definitely some merits to the Darmian deal

- he knows turin having played for torino so would fit in off the field
- on the field he's played with our italy defenders and so is compatible in that aspect
- wont be jumping ship like a lolzillian to the next payout
- will be cheap given his current situation at man utd
Lets address all positions with mediocre Italians if we are so concerned about foreign players jumping ship.

By 'jumping ship' , this 'lolzillian' Sandro will fetch us €50-€60M while a player like Darmian would fetch change which would even be enough to satisfy Beppe's cut demands.

Dude, stop talking bs like that. You have seen neither of them play and you are mentioning them just because they have fancy southern names you associate with Marcelo, Dani Alves and Jordi Alba. While in reality they are nothing more than Jao Cancelo.
Cancelo is a good player. Perhaps you've not seen him enough.

The 2015 team was a very complete team with very little weakness

it's a travesty how it's been cut up and patched back together

Our transfer policy is rather strange, we let any player leave if they ask and we replace world class players with mediocre players or players that do not fit our system or tactics

But I've seen playing Darmian and anything is better than him...

Milan, Juve eye Ceballos deal | Football Espana

Milan and Juventus could be set to do battle for out-of-favour Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos on a two-year loan deal, say reports in Spain.

The 21-year-old joined Los Blancos in a €16m deal from Real Betis last summer but has struggled for regular playing time and has made only two La Liga starts this campaign.

El Mundo Deportivo state both Serie A clubs are eyeing a two-year loan deal for the playmaker, who they believe could fit straight into their starting line-up whilst also developing.

The report draws parallels between this ambition and Juve’s 2014 deal for Alvaro Morata, who joined the Old Lady in 2014 for €20m before re-joining Madrid two years later for €30m.

Madrid reportedly would not sanction an exit without a decisive stay in the Spain Under-21 star’s future.

So, you're ok with a mediocre bench warmer for the Red Cunts coming to Juve and challenging for a starting spot? :howler:

I suppose the benefit of spinazzola, DS and Darmian is then you have 3 fullbacks who can cover either flank when needed. Considering the rate we pick up injuries that could be crucial. No more CB forced to play out wide BS

Not a fan of the idea. Im not necessarily against it as Ceballos is quite the talent and if this is the only way to land him for a few years and then make a small profit i suppose it is better than signing a lesser player.

Still, the whole idea of it seems sassuolo level esque. Makes me cringe a bit.

But who are we kidding, we dont compete financially so beppe has to pull moves like this to get top talent even if it isnt really an ownership

Not really. There is a much broader scope for talent pool. We dont necessarily have to fish at Real Madrid's surplus to get 'top' talent.

As we are seeing, Morata is struggling to hold his place at a top team. First Juventus now Chelsea. Maybe we can learn from that and dont have to do such ridiculous deals again.

The wider you go out in the talent pool though the more likely you find a dud
We are doing fine signing all those duds in Serie A though... Or those talents we continue to keep ignoring and go to other teams but i suppose we have to sign a Real Madrid talent with a buyback clause since we cant compete financially. :baus:

Absolutely ridiculous you are even entertaining this especially after so much progress we've made over the last 2-3 seasons.

I never said we have to sign a real madrid player, i said ceballos is a talent that would be difficukt to find emsewhere and we likely would get priced out in trying to sign them.
