Gazzetta report that Juventus have already begun a dialogue and established contacts with Morata's agent to bring him back to Turin.
The formula is quite similar to that of Cuadrado. Juve propose a 2-year loan with an obligation to redeem at €50m.
Gazzetta report that it will not be easy for Juventus to convince Chelsea to agree to their proposal but the determination of Morata to return to Juventus will be of great assistance.

Juventus have rekindled their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti, according to reports.
The Bianconeri were close to signing the Italian international during his time at Pescara, but he ultimately moved to Ligue 1 in the summer of 2012.
Given that Verratti grew up supporting the Old Lady the rumours about a move to Turin have never gone away, and today’s Corriere dello Sport says he’s once again being targeted.
Juve are looking to sign a top-class midfielder this summer, and the PSG man is one of their two top targets, alongside Sergej Milinkovic-Savic of Lazio.
Verratti was seen as one of Europe’s top midfield talents, but he’s struggled with repeated groin problems in the past few seasons.
He had an operation earlier this month on an injury, having made only 20 Ligue 1 starts this season.
