The question is probably irrelevant but what you suggest is selling a talent like Dybala and replace him with Martial which means weakening our attack BUT SMS+Fabinho should make our midfield much better
as for A.Sandro for Gaya - I dont know this Gaya guy but if he is good and A.Sandro must leave I guess he`ll be a good option..

Overall its
Defense - Weakened (dont know by how much since I dont know this Gaya dude)
Midfield - 10 times better
Attack - potentially weaker but you could never know how Martial links up with the guys up front...
I`d be far more content if we get another attacker with Martial but overall I think this will be an improved team
