Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Leandro Paredes is flattered by links to Juventus and notes “I have a lot of friends in Turin”.

The former Roma man has been linked with a summer move after just one season in Russia, with Real Madrid also thought to be interested in him.

“I have a lot of friends in Turin,” Paredes pointed out, speaking to RMC Sport.

“So that would make it easier, but there are many champions in Madrid and that would be very motivating for a young player like me.

“Right now I need to concentrate on the end of the season with Zenit, after that we’ll see.

“To know that two great clubs like Juve and Real are interested in me is important, but I’m calm, I try not to be distracted.

“Choosing between Juventus and Real Madrid is not easy, it would be a difficult choice for me. I’d need to have both offers on the table and then choose.”

Paredes was linked with Juve before, and he admits he’d have liked to make that move.

“When they spoke of Juventus the first time, the Roma fans made their voices heard and prevented the transfer, they told me it was forbidden to move to another Italian team.

“At that time though my first choice was Juventus.”

I'd break the bank on N'Zonzi (30), Bellerin (60) and Darmian(10) and sell Matuidi(20), Mandzukic(15), Sturaro(10) and Alex Sandro(60)

Woj
Bellerin Benatia Chiellini Darmian
N'Zonzi Pjanic
Bernardeschi Dybala Douglas Costa
Higuain

I know Darmian is unpopulair but I think we can revive his career over here, really worth the gamble. I dont think he's inferior to the likes of Gaya, Bernat or Hector

Bianconero81 pls dont come here and say Darmian is shit and call him Dumbian ok? Thnx in advance.
I fail to see how that team is an upgrade. Darmian is a giant lump of shit, Matuidi shouldn't be sold, and Bellerin is definitely not worth 60 million.

I admire your attempt, but that team is incredibly underwhelming.

Edit: I had to man, I'm sorry :p

The point of Bellerin or similar type RB would be to play a high line with attacking fullbacks... Darmian doesn't complement that idea at all. Darmian may compliment MDS if the idea is to defend deep (because defenders are slow) and wingbacks won't commit in attack.
In attack it'll be

Benatia Chiellini
---------------------------Darmian
N'Zonzi
-------------Pjanic

--------Bernardeschi
Bellerin ----------------------Douglas Costa
-------------Dybala Higuain------------

Attacking RB, inverted winger in Berna and defensive strength on the left.

Does that mean we are going to sell Khedira?

I was really suprised about Brandt extending his contract. I was sure he was going to go to Bayern this summer.

Sad to hear about Harit. Seems very promising when ever I seen him play. Do you think he will move next year?
Sorry for late reply.

I think it ll be very tough to get Harit next year. Schalke r really a pain in the asss to deal with and the rednecks love him and there r not many players left, who they identify with and it really would get ugly..their fans r a very passional and emotional bunch. The only trump is, that his contract only runs until 2021, but they refused to sell Goretzka last summer despite contract running out and there r others like Meyer, Matip, Kolasinac & Co, Kehrer next...they r stubborn as feck, so I wouldnt bet on Harit leaving in the near future.
