You're expecting Tottenham to win the title next to other teams? Even when they were 2nd it was a surprise. But yes, they currently don't need new signings really, they are strong. They are not the elite level, though.

Also, why compare Liverpool with us? THey are just a 4-6th place team for years not. They are not even important to begin with.

Real doesn't need Lewandowski. Their current team is totally fine and beyond that, they are just TOO GOOD while they also signed some amazing kids.
Why wouldn't they try to win it? They've been close third year in a row. They have money, if they refuse to reinforce they're risking that somebody will overtake them. I could name at least three positions on which they could reinforce even if I'm not watching them too often.
I mentioned Liverpool because it's a club with similar spending power and an ambitious one (well, at least they try). They clearly need reinforcements yet they only bought Sala who's not a world beater either.
Real has dominated the CL lately but their style is far from being dominant. Even this year they eliminated Bayern in very controversial circumstances. They need to reinforce because they're risking getting caught by other teams. Especially now they have so much money to spend why don't they use them to strengthen already strong team? What other use can they find for the Morata money? Fighting hunger in Africa? I know shit about the kids they signed. Llorente played in some provincial team in LaLiga. Ceballos did good at Euro but Spain had no competition there. Also, I heard he's a lunatic. The left back humiliated himself at the presentation. Not too impressive for world's second richest club.
My point is that you bash Juve for signing Bernardeschi, Costa, Szczesny, MDS, Bentancur while other teams can only dream of such mercato. It seems like the market is hard to operate in and Juve is doing relatively good in it.

If The rumours are to be believed, The glorious CM we all have been waiting/fapping for to join our ship trough this long and dusty summer Will be none other than (Drum roll) Blaise Matuidi.

This means that we now hopefully will be covered in that position.

So our mids for 2017 Will be :

Khedira - Marchisio - Matuidi - Pjanic - Bentancur - mandragora ( if he is not playing CB) - Sturaro

Strong doubts aside, if we also can find someone to replace that "promising" expirement of ours on The RB position, we would more or less wrap up this rollercoaster of a 2017 Mercato , once and for all.

Well. Best of luck boys. Winter is coming and It Looks like a cold one

You must be kidding. Defenders leave acres of space in EPL hence the attackers you mentioned look so impressive. Is Lazio's defence quick like a lightening? No. Did they shut us down completely? Yes.
Its not just the defenders, but I'm talking about the whole defense that we were showing against Lazio, very slow, soft and no grinta, that includes our midfield which were non existent. Trust me I know how crappy EPL's defense are, I'm just thinking of those strikers with their respective support in midfield, and when attacking/counter attacking us, with our current display. It would be over for us. Hence the need of that real strong intelligent defensive midfielder and not MDS starting is really important for Juve!

What is our current net spend this summer, so far?

Do we have enough money to spend on addressing all of these positions?
Well only in terms of transfer fees:

IN: Costa (6m loan), Bernardeschi 40m, De Sciglio 10m, Szczesny 15m = 71m
OUT: Alves (zero), Bonucci 40m, Lemina 17m, Rincon (3m loan), Neto (6m from memory) = 63m

Net so far is only 8m spent. But we are going to book close to 40m profit on Bonucci and made some money on Lemina.

That is not the whole story of course (Bentancur we paid for last financial year) as you have to look at wages etc.

Bottom line though is that we could spend A LOT more if we chose to. Question is about bang for the buck.

Why the fuck are Marotta and co waiting until the last week again?? They do this every summer and makes no sense and they end up paying for it as well, so you figure they'd learn their lesson but nope.

Considering we have needed another CM for the last 3 years they've never really learnt their lesson in not waiting until the end of the window....
More of a worry this year considering we need a CB and RB as well

Matuidi seems like a club settling on a player because they're too cheap to spend money. That's not how a serious club should operate. You want talent, pay up. It's not like the funds aren't there. Fucking go get SMS or Nzonzi. Get someone that'd actually improve us, not a guy who'd moderately improve our bench.
