Well, I think it will be a good deal. I like Dybala a lot, I see huge potential in him, but he is not irreplaceable. Upfront only Higuain is kind of irreplaceable, because you can't find a striker who will score so consistently 30+ goals every season for less than 100 mil right now.
Dybala on the other hand must prove himself as World class. So far he has proved a lot, but he is not on the same level as the World class forward players and there is always the possibility, that he'll never be. I would love for him to stay for a long, long time, but right now if we sell him, we'll get an explosive winger, who'll be pretty useful for us too. Juve, actually, can win a lot from his transfer.

Honestly I wouldnt cry over Dybala... He is a player who is joy to watch but
1. He will never reach his potential with us as long as we play the same way we play
2. His current ability is way overrated...
3. His price (mentioned) could bring us Mbappe who IMO is better for our needs
Dybala in terms of potential is the 3rd best in the world (behind Messi and Neymar) BUT he needs an attacking team with a very attacking role (like Barca with Neymar and Messi) in order to achieve it.. Here with us he will be the guy who can deliver some passes give some assists but he wouldnt be as big as Tevez was for us as he is just a different kind of player!
Tevez was a guy who fits our style of play - Dybala doesnt - he plays well because he is very good not because he suits our style
I know I might get bashed for saying this but honestly with 120M available (depending on spending it the right way and not on 10 players who are worth 12M each...) we can do better than with Dybala (for example Greizmann would do better here than Dybala IMO, not saying he is the one I want...)

We aren't getting Griezmann or Mbappe, and that's precisely why we shouldn't sell Dybala. We are never going to win the CL or reach the level of the top 3 if we constantly keep changing. We have been fortunate over the past few seasons with our decision making and planning, but with excessive change comes a risk. Eventually, we will fuck up, and the Milan clubs, flush with cash. will be ready to pounce. Our midfield is nowhere near as good as it used to be 2-3 seasons ago. Let's not fuck up the attack as well, seeing as how our defense is significantly weaker at present.
