no.
Just no.
We finished second in our group. Barely got out of the group stage over Olympiacos. Barely beat Monaco in the QFs 1-0 on a penalty outside the box, and barely beat a Madrid missing Modric in both legs, because of a fluky Sturaro tip onto our bar.
We absolutely dominated the knockouts this year. 3-0 over Porto, 3-0 over Barca, 4-1 over Monaco. We didn't lose a single match in the CL before the final. We had a better goal differential in the CL. We finished with more points in Serie A and a better goal differential, against two far better teams, in Napoli and Roma with 86 and 87 points respectively.
This was the best team Juventus has fielded post-calciopoli.
Our attack is better (scored more goals in both competitions). Our fullbacks were much much better. Our CBs were the same.
Only our midfield was worse. Significantly so, but not enough to offset the other positions.

Nor does this being a better team than 2014-15 mean we don't need upgrades in certain positions. IMO we need a better CM to partner Pjanic, allow more rotation without such a significant drop-off. Marchisio and Khedira on the bench as back-ups to Pjanic and someone like Vidal would make this team absolutely immense.
