No what do you mean by we have 'too much association trained players ' ?

As long as you have 4 or more homegrown players and 4 or more associated trained players, the rest is irrelevant. That's the minimum quota in a 25 man squad list.

You are over complicating it.

And Keita constitutes as an association trained player if I'm correct. He's been at Lazio for quite a while.
just read the question i've answered: "So we'd have to sell someone like Sturaro then in this scenario?"

selling sturaro wouldn't change a thing in that scenario danielsz posted, and that's what i wrote.

also, i already stand corrected by kao_ray about keita. he's lazio trained, but since our association trained quota is full, it won't matter too much. at least, not until 4 of buffon, barza, stu, chiellini and bonucci are in the squad.

We must have seen a different Moggi. You would be shocked to see his overall signing list indeed.

Front page of #TS:

-> #NZonzi+ #Paredes

-> #Juve double

-> Juve have decided to massively reinforce the MF

TS:

-> #Juve contacted the #ASR man [who's not non-transferable], while the final mission kicks off for #Sevilla FC's star
Massively reinforce and Paredes :howler:

Paredes is like the MF version of that former Roma pansy who fucked off to Tottenham.

But there isn't a cap on how many association trained players you can have in a squad. That's the whole premise of my argument. The minimum is 4 but you can have more.

To qualify as association trained, a player must have been part of an Italian club for at least three years between the ages of 15 and 21. Club trained holds the same requirement, with the added restriction that it must have been with the club currently holding their registration (they can be out on loan as long as the registering club still owned their rights). Players under the age of 21 can be used without restriction (though in Europe they have to be with the club for several years first).
Even Paredes would count as association trained under this rule as he's spent three years in Italy if I'm correct.

Both association and club trained can be of any Nationality as long as they're satisfying this 2 rules.

i didn't say there was a cap (if there was a cap, sturaro couldn't be in the squad right now), i just told danielsz that selling only sturaro out of our current association trained players wouldn't change a thing, because our 4-man association trained quota is full, regardless of sturaro staying or leaving.

let's just get over it, it's getting annoying.

4 3 2 1 is it possible? Dybala a second striker with freedom to drift right (as he does) Cuad as his backup. Mandzu/Pjaca left who play wider on the left. If Dybala isn't there it's a 4 3 3.

You'd hope our only buys aren't Nzozzone and Paredes though. Youd want a big buy at CM

Marchisio, Nzozzone, Pjanic, Khedira, Paredes? You'd probably need one more but I guess the 4 2 3 1 is a backup option. Going after all these mids doesn't make sense for a midfield two though?

with max, it's not about the formation. he fielded a diamond 2 years ago and made vidal his tq, and also played mandzu as a winger... he probably needs some starter level players and will figure out the rest around november.

fap away :tuttosport:

indianregistaToday's reports claim that #Verratti has reached a breaking point with #PSG. He has put in a transfer request to leave the Parisian club. #FCB & #Juve are interested in the international.
Additional info
1. Marco Verratti's relationship with PSG is irremediable.
2. Verratti declined a new deal offered by PSG. €15m net wages were offered [on 27th May] in the new deal by Jean Claude Blanc, who was trusted by PSG president Al-#Khelaifi, to handle Verratti's negotiations.
3. Verratti's agent, Donato Di Campli will attempt to reason with the club that they can't keep an athlete against his will. If push comes to shove, Verratti may even decline to turn up for PSG's preseason retreat [set for July 4].
4. Verratti feels that his cycle is over at PSG. He's looking for a winning project & he wants to triumph in #UCL. PSG were slaughtered 6-1 by #Barça that eliminated them from UCL, while also lost #Ligue1 to #ASM.
5. Verratti's agent, Di Campli will meet PSG's director Antero Henrique in Milan today. A meeting in Milan today between Juve, PSG & Verratti's agent, can't be excluded.
6. Verratti's operation would cost €80m. Juve don't lack as they pocketed ~€120m from UCL. Juve & PSG may look to bury their problems with each other in the past, to discuss about Verratti.
7. Juve are evaluating backup plans to Verratti. Not only #NZonzi but also PSG's #DiMaría, who wants to leave as well.
8. Barça's €100m offer for Verratti is genuine.
9. Interest in Verratti is high. Competition & demand is huge. clubs & #Inter are also monitoring the developments in the Verratti affair.

Remeber the great Fabian O'neill or druglord Baiocco when they were almost our only signings? :D

Also I don't get people here, when we are trying to buy some solid player people here are yelling f**ck that we need champions etc. And than we sign Higuain who is a WC and proven player, we again hear the same fuck that, he is too expensive etc.

I learned to trust Marotta, does he make mistakes, afcourse he do, but also he is one of the best at his job. If you sit and talk with any other football fan, most of them will say how great scouting system we have, and how smart our transfers are.

N'zonzi, can't fuckin wait to see him play and dominate in MF, and than we will still have Marchisio and Khedira (who is rightfully criticesed for his game in CL final, but who is still good and important player for us) as our back-ups.
