I doubt that we will drop 100m net spend this summer. It all really depends on what the plan is going forward in terms of coach and systems. If Allegri stays, which seems likely of course, then they should sit down with him and make a real plan unlike last summer.

We'll probably be going with versatile players who can fit into any formation we use. IF we are still confident about Pjaca, then only 1 attacker, 1 fullback and 1 midfielder may be necessary. Also, Max seems to rate Mandragora quite highly, maybe we will integrate him into the team and instead sign 1 attacker plus bring a young guy.

Buffon, Neto, Audero for 1 spot
Chiellini, Barzagli, Bonucci, Benatia, Rugani for 2/3 spots
Alves, De Scilgio, Sandro, Asamoah for 2 spots
Pjanic, Marchisio, Khedira, Mandragora, Rincon for 2/3 spots
Higuain, Cuadrado, Mandzukic, Dybala, Pjaca, Player 1, Player 2 for 3/4 spots

Thats 24 players. Right now we are playing with 22. If they wanna send Mandragora on loan then sign someone new.

This is also assuming that we offload Sturaro, Lemina and Lichtsteiner.

Cuadrado(5m loan fee?) and Benatia(20m?) = 25m
De Sciglio = 12m

That's roughly covered by Zaza and Benatia.

attacking player 1 = ?
attacking player 2 = ?
midfield player = Mandragora or ?

Drop some 60m on a top winger/attacking mid and the get Spinazzola for free.
I would disagree in loaning Mandragora, but the rest is spot on.

We need to recover pjaca and add one WC winger who can play both wings and kill 2 birds in one shot.
Sanchez would be a shoe in for this, but i dont count on him coming here....

attacking player 1 = Sanchez is priority since he can play all our attacking positions, even CF as false 9. If he doesnt come.... go all in for Morata who can play LW and CF.

attacking player 2 = AM Like James or Bernardeschi since they can play in many roles, James would be priority since he can create and he has something people is not commenting but is maybe our only missing attacking option in this team: Long shots. Sinced Nedved, we have been lacking a midifielder who can reliably shoot from the 3/4 in open play. Hernanes had a good shot in the past before coming to us but then he was washed up.

midfield player = Mandragora , or if they feel generous, fight for verrati.

Last but not least: Secure Schick

€40m for Tolisso looks more and more like a waste of money imo.

I thought we'd go back to a 3 man mid, in that case it would have made sense, but if the 4231 is here to stay, it isn't worth the money. Pjanic, Khedira, Marchisio is good enough. Rather use the money to buy wingers.

Add Mandragora to the mix who is talented and need to learn....and dispatch lemina and above all sturuaro, they are redundant and more importatly, not trusted. No need to break the bank on midfielders

inconsistent as fuck, you never know which di maria is gonna turn up
fair enough. i wouldnt care about that if he was here, as long as he shows up for one game of each CL knockout round. if we get the di Maria that played vs barcelona in the 4-0 trashing for those 3 games next season, were in for another CL final for sure

Here is a better source:

http://www.diez.hn/internacionales/...ar-la-casa-por-la-ventana-por-james-rodríguez
http://us.as.com/us/2017/05/03/futbol/1493826235_893714.html

Cliffs:
-We want to spend $150 million and James, Sanchez, and Verratti are on our buy list.
Honestly if we get Sanchez and Verrati (What I can bet is not gonna happen at least we sell... I can't even said) and keep the current squad we should open a thread to do all the logistic with one year in advance for our trip to Kiev to next year UCL final

opinion on d.costa?
No thanks.

He could play LM and RM, but he isn't impressive at all.

Not worth the money bayern are gonna ask for him...then again you never know with bayern, they sell their players for really low numbers every now and then.

Everything over €30m is too much imo.

I think we only need 2 signings:

-Versatile attacking talent like Schick, who can cover a couple of positions if needed. Doesn't need to be an expensive worldie like Sanchez, as our attack is already damn fine and good enough for me.

-Physical B2B/CDM who will give more than adequate cover for the departing Lemina and Rincon. Tolisso is ideal.

I don't think we need a full-back: we have 2 great players for both flanks already. If Benatia will not be kept, then another CB is a possibility, but not a necessity.

Arguably most promising attacking talent in Italy; in the top 7 emerging attacking talents in world football IMO. He is tall, physical, fast, flashy, and insanely prolific: scores at an absolute monster rate for both club and country when looking at his minutes. He has the abilities to play both wide and as a striker and has valuable Serie A experience. A carbon copy of Morata except with even more physical gifts and a way better dribbler. I don't see why its a must to go Italian when there is not anyone better available for his price: if we want similar level talent we're gonna need to pay much more for Italians like Berna or Berardi. We already have plenty of upcoming Italians like Kean, Mandragora, Rugani, Caldara, Clemenza and Orsolini on top of our own starters so its not like we're Inter yet. It's the managements decision to not play them...

Nah lets slow down a bit, he hasnt shown anything close to that caliber of ability and talent.
I see some similarities though. Not in style but it took Dybala a couple of seasons (in A and B) before he had a third breakout one with Palermo. You mostly saw talent and the odd flash of brilliance from him. Even in his last season with Palermo there wasn't consistency but it's all relative when a player is that age in a smaller side. Dybala jumped up several levels at once in his first Juve season, sometimes quality shines through like that joining other players of quality, especially in such a dominant side as Juve.

Schick is about the same age as Dybala was going into that third season with Palermo and already he is more consistent in terms of goals, it's very impressive from a rookie who only has one season in the Czech league behind him. As I say we are seeing bits and pieces from him still because he is not a regular starter, but what he is doing with his minutes is very impressive, it's a better ratio than could be expected. Schick has a clear issue though, and it is that Dybala came in to replace an outgoing important player like Tevez, so unless we are suddenly losing an attacker than Schick at this point wouldn't have the same potential space in our team.
