Its actually a good question do you think it will be Verratti Pjanic behind 2 wingers and TQ?
Im not sure Verratti and Pjanic could coexist but it would give us more depth thats for sure...
We could play a 4-3-2-1 formation which would make us more powerful in midfield or 4-3-3

Prior to us fucking Barca and generally playing much better with the 4-2-3-1 i'd jump at Verratti. But at this point a WC left winger instead would be better.

No point not playing Pjanic at this point so the new midfielder would have to compliment him and be an upgrade on Khedira. Verratti is an upgrade but that's one hella weak DM pairing.

It seems like you're saying Verratti is weaker than Khedira physically?

Personally, I would put both Pjanic and Verratti ahead of Khedira if we're talking about physicality.

Yea I think they could play together. Khedira is clumsy as fuck with the ball...doesn't really make me feel that safe. And he ain't Vidal with his tackling either. Somebody with better ball handling skills would make me feel way more comfortable.

Would really like to see 4321 someday soon (next season). (don't really think Dybi would suit us in the 433 that well)

this. Khedira is not known for his physicality...while verrati is a hard tackling mofo. I dont see any problem in him playing alongside Miralem. In fact it would be glorious.
But unless a miracle happens, i dont know how this could be done.

In that case, i think we can be happy with a tolisso?. less expensive and would get the job done.

Yeah im ready for a new formation. This one that we have had for 5 months is getting old as $#@!. We are winning but thats not really the point is it
nah, this one is giving dividents. We need to keep this one and even find more players to contunue using it.
But like i was talking in the pjanic treadh, it would not be bad to have a plan B for rotation purpouses mainly. Suggesting this doesnt mean we need to change our current formation obvs.

Verratti is fucking amazing, but yeah it would be difficult if we do go on to win the CL with this system, can we really justify dropping that for another midfielder?

Returning back to a 3 man mid means Dybala is played out of position, or we stop using wingers (Please no) or we welcome back the 3-5-2.
imo, they would complement each other well and could play in a 2 man midfield. both have great passing range, under pressure Verratti can carry the ball forward and Pjanic can find our forwards with a long pass, and they both defend very well 1 on 1 and as a unit. we would lose some physicality and heigh on defending set pieces and long balls with Khedira out though, but its worth it with Verratti. the only question to me is, how well would they defend on transition when there is space behind, but im sure Max would figure that out

Khedira is strong as a bull and a tower of a DM, hes a beast. though id still bench him if we had Verratti

Verratti is INSANELY must to get if we can get him. Litterally better then anyone we have in midfield except Dybala, who really isnt a midfielder.

Dont even need to change formation, bench Khedira for him, or if it need be give him Pjanic spot and move Pjanic higher up.

He havent seen Verratti enough, assume he is just a technical playmaker. Better direct defensive action then Pjanic and Khedira really past season or two.
