), though. it's safe to say that piggy's been our weakest link in the knockout stages so far.
mandzu's not scoring either, and he's been one of our best assets against both porto and barcelona. higuain is deadly in the box, but against barcelona, he was too far away from goal to be effective. mandzu is more effective defensively and he holds the ball better, too.
piggy did fine at the end of the 2nd half yesterday, but i do expect much more from him than holding on to some cleared balls. and no, i don't care about him not scoring while the team keeps winning/progressing.

Miralem and Verrati are good Dms, to say the least. Dybala is dybala.
They would only need some instructions from max i and cant see how 3 WC players would not be able to complement each other if playing tactically like their coach tells them too.

that's why i wrote that we needed a better higuain. either max finds a way to serve him better (at napoli, insigne, hamsik and callejon fed piggy with so much big, fat, juicy balls), or max transforms piggy into a more useful player outside the box, too.

About Cavani, if he is on a freebie or cheaper
..why fucking not. He would come with 31 tho... but he is a physical mofo and could give us some good 2 or 3 years as a winger or as a CF. Getting him would give us the flexibility we need until we buy someone younger as a generational replacement. But he is the kind of versatile player we should be looking at.Getting him, bernardechi and a good DM would be so nice, because we would be covering so many roles with just 3 buys and we could even have spare money to buy something else.
