I think we will get Spinazzola back while we wait for next year to sign Keita on a free transfer
as for Schick - Id say its over..
Garay - I dont believe this..
A.Gomes - I think one of him and Strootman will sign for us
If its Gomes it will be on loan with option
If its Strootman it will be Cuad+$ for Strootman -something like Cuad+20M

Marotta also said Spinazzola will stay with Atalanta.

Prepare yourselves: Stururu as RB.
From what I understand he didnt say Spinazzola will stay with Atalanta but that we have an agreement with Atalanta and we have mutual respect so I see a compensation offered to Atalanta in return for Spinazzola
Maybe we are going to loan them someone

I really like Bernardeschi and think he'll turn out great, Matuidi was right for the price. Apart from that it's been very disappointing.
I never thought a CL finalist would purchase such players.

Bernardeschi is fine, though. Everything else seems chaotic. I guess I can digest Matuidi. But our team and current setup looks fragile and disappointing.

but but but marotta says we've improved the quality of the team, i mean look at our defence. it's worse than last season! and not marginally but a lot worse!
Squad is a lot weaker in my books.

It's unbalanced and the big picture is missing, we're making moves without any plan. Now, somebody will say how our staff knows the plan, but I highly doubt that.

And I don't expect much from the upcoming season.

And we're stronger in attack and midfield.
but we look far less balanced, besides all great teams are built from the back and once again we've weakened one department to strengthen another.

:agree:

taking a blind gamble on de sciglio who was never that good even on his better days really annoys me more than anything

Explain how we're less balanced.

Real had a weaker defence than us last year, yet still beat us. And it's not like we have a crap defence now, though the RB spot is a weak link.

Though I agree that we should have attempted to properly replace Alves.

At least our depth is :agree:
Which is important. Many times last year we bemoaned our lack of options to bring off the bench. Now we can replace players who are off form, or Mandzukic when he's not cutting it as a winger, or rest Dybala and Higuain, or simply throw on an extra attacker if we need to.

Less balanced in the sense that we look completely lost trying to play from the back, as soon as opponents find out that they only need to man mark pjanic we're fucked because rugani and chiellini certainly can't play out from the back as effectively as bonucci can. The spurs game in pre season is the perfect example of this, watching it from the stands I was horrified by how clueless we were at least with bonucci we had a second outlet. De Sciglio offers nothing both defensively and offensively which further upsets the balance.

And to round it off if we go with a 3 man mid assuming its a 4-3-3 im not convinced this will bring the best out of our forwards especially dybala who is not a winger/inside forward in my books hence why this team looks very unbalanced

The season has only just begun and the team has changed a lot. Obviously we're not going to be running perfectly as yet. It will take time to find the right balance. This has been the case in all three of Allegri's seasons.

We lost a huge asset in Bonucci, but most teams don't have a defender like Bonucci and they do just fine.

Most teams don't do just fine, they do just average.
