Cuadrado and Keita aren't even close to be the same kind of player. Not comparable at all, so no, Keita won't be his replacement.

His main asset are also his runs, so he is better for a 3 man mid as a mezzala than 2 man mid. But he can probably learn the discipline.

He's a very neat, technical player with good tactical awareness, but we have 3 CMs like that already. We need a different profile, need more of a DM who is physically strong and with a good engine.
