Just a reminder folks - don't just look at the transfer fee in determining the mercato. You need to include gain/loss of sale versus book value, amortizations and gross wage bills. Schick for instance even on a 30m transfer fee (5 year contract) is only getting paid less than 1m a year, meaning his annual cost 7m a year. Dani Alves for instance came on a free but was getting paid 4.5m net or 9m gross - that was still a great deal of course. Costa is going to cost the books 18m this year and then 20m next year if/when the buy out of his contract happens. Bonucci sale effectively boosts the P&L by 48m this year and 8m next year.
A Bernadeschi purchase of 40+5m bonus would cost us ~15m a year.
So based on my calculations.....if we finished this mercato buy adding Szcesny, De Sciglio, Matic, Bentancur, Costa, Bernardeschi, and Schick and then seeing: Neto, Bonucci, Sturaro, & Lemina leave - Based on rumors of valuations and wages, for FY18, Juventus actually SAVES ~15m in costs but then adds 35m in costs from FY19. To put that into context - the club generates around EU400m in turnover it is definitely manageable.

So squad could be:
GK (3): Buffon, SZCZESNY, PINSOGLIO
DEF (8): Lichsteiner, DE SCIGLIO, Rugani, Barzagli, Benatia, Chiellini, Sandro, Asamoah
DMs (6): Khedira, Pjanic, Marchisio, MATIC, BENTANCUR, Rincon
AM/SS (5): Cuadrado, COSTA, BERNARDESCHI, Dybala, Pjaca
ST (3): Manzukic, SCHICK, Higuain.
Total squad number of 25. Pinsoglio and Marchisio may be counted as home grown while Bentancur and Schick may be counted as B list players for the champions league. So perhaps we wouldn't need to make any exclusions. If we had to, Pjaca will probably not make the cut for the 1st half of the season given that he won't be back until October at the earliest.
