Verratti is fed up for real. Stop saying it's just a salary problem.

For months now, we have reports that he, and his agent, keep asking PSG's board to do more, or they'll find a way out.

The problem is that Verratti has a contract that last till 2021, and that he likes/respects the club/city so that he will not force a transfer. Verratti can't do much this summer. But that doesn't mean he thinks everything is ok. PSG did mistakes after mistakes.

The recent ones:

- Terrible mercato 2016.
- Appointed Kluivert as Director of Football while he had 0 experience.
- Not winning the french league despite a budget of +500M.

Many PSG fans think it's just Di Campli being vocal, but he would not be if Verratti was against it.

If PSG doesn't improve, and does a bad mercato again, verratti will not renew, and ask for a transfer again in 2018, and will be in better position to request it.

We'll make one big summer, but I'm not sure it'll be anything like the Higuain signing.

By my reckoning we need two quality signings, plus Shick (who for me is potentially quality).

I understand all that, clearly his ambition doesn't match with the club. But imo agent should shut up or demand transfer. He talks like this almost on monthly basis.

If he's talking like that, that's because Verratti would like a transfer. Clearly.

Even the player himself started talking differently:

"Can imagine doing all my career at PSG. Unless PSG doesn't want me anymore, I'll stay." < 2016
"Don't know if I'll stay forever. Don't know what can happen." < 2017.

For instance Alex Sandro wasn't even a starter last season.

MARCA said that Zidane is not counting on James Rodriguez anymore. They listed all the clubs that are currently discussing a possible transfer: ManU, Juve, Inter, Bayern, Arsenal, PSG.

Madrid refused a first offer of 60M from ManU. So it will cost at least 70M. (France Football)

Yesterday, Maxwell (PSG)'s interview on Cadena SER:

"PSG wants to keep Verratti. [...] If PSG wants to get bigger, they have to keep a player like him. We can't let him go. I hope he will not force a transfer, and that PSG will keep him."

Do people really think Maxwell would say that if he knew Verratti absolutely wants to stay no matter what? Definitely not the same situation as 2016.

Still, as I said in my first post, it'll be hard for Verratti to leave this summer. But 2018 will be a different story.
