I can live with milik staying this season, I just don't trust him to be readily available when called upon and given we will be fighting on multiple fronts this season.

A back up striker is rarely ever going to increase the quality all that much, not unless we look back to the days of when we had the likes of Di Vaio riding the bench, I would feel a bit more confident going into this season with a capable and reliable enough backup. We will have to see about these false 9 options, personally I'm never sold on the idea.

Might look for a "market opportunity" here in the final days. But we were always going to use NextGen as a pond for our backups. Maybe there is one there? I don't know...
