Agreed but this defense is still one injury away from falling apart. That left hand side has me worried. We don't have a natural LCB and Cabal doesnt convince me as LB.

It would be a pity moving Cambiaso there as he'd be wasted in that position. If last game taught us anything, he shines when he plays an advanced role on the right flank. I suppose with Gonzalez and Conceição arriving, it now makes it unlikely he'll play there again.

I often found Cambiaso better at LB than at RB... It's debateable but certainly not a waste at LB.

Anyway, why invest in defenders. They don't win you games. They don't assist or score.

what defenders did juve lose from last season? Sandro and Rugani? They replaced them with Cabal and Kalulu. Sandro was beyond dusted, no doubt Cabal is an upgrade there. A healthy Kalulu > Rugani.

Also, dont forget Rouhi. His time will come

I agree, I think he's misunderstood as well.

Mentally he's weak but then so was pogba. We're the right club for him, we will give him love, protect his self esteem and in return hopefully he gives his all. Not a player you'd want to play in a final or in crunch matches though because he's all about external validation. ETH doesn't think before he speaks and very direct. Terzic is a people person, as is Motta so hopefully he will get the best out of him.

You’re right but also I think he’d suit the way Motta wants to play 100% to a tee.

Nico is a RW. What about Conceicao, RW, LW, or both? Cambiaso can also cover all sides. Yildiz too on the left side, and that Belgian kid who scored the opener vs Como. Chiesa is a goner I believe. Weah can cover the RW, or RB, but he sucks everywhere. Danilo can play at RB. What about Kalulu? I guess McKennie can also be an option on the right, albeit a terrible one. Is Cabal a LB?

Do you think we're settled in these positions or we might get someone else? Which 4 do you see as starters?

Conceicao can play both flanks and he's left footed, cutting inside is one of his traits so I think he will play predominantly on the right.
