Only problem with his procrastination and dicking around is time is running out. He fucked around and found out, so in all probability he will have to panic and get us a trash defender a la Gatti or an expired fossil like Hummels.

CBs we once had: Romero, Dragusin, De Winter.

CBs Sold (or to be sold) this Mercato: Rugani, Huijsen, and Djalo (soon).

CBs missed out on: Calafiori and Todibo.

What we are left with: Danilo, Bremer, Cabal, and Trash Can.
If we get last year Hummels I'm all in for that fossil fuel.

On the bright side i assume Todibo has to be rather average if West Ham is the only other club interested and willing to pay up for him. Right?

Right?…
I hope so. I always hope players fail if we don't sign them.

The question is - what's next? Kiwior again? Who can play with the ball and still be good at defence?

Have no idea who we might be targeting next but what i do think is that Cabal is a left footed CB at his roots and might emerge as a solid solution there, but that would mean we’ll need at least one more fullback too.

Although to be honest i’d still try and go for another solid CB too.

Juventus don't have any plan B if they failed to sign Koopmeiners. There may be no midfielder arriving. Instead the money will be used for another winger and right back.

Of course Gazzetta - worthless piece of shit paper.

Gazzetta, Di Fartzio, and that cuntbag Della Valle are always trying to rile and piss off Juventus fans, reporting absolute nonsense to cater to their faggy fanbase comprised of Interistis and Juve Haters.

Or the other option would be to go for a solid right back and move Danilo to centre back.

I trust Danilo can be our Calafiiori. Word have preferred Todibo but that’s over now.
 :howler: :lol2:

Yeah, we were already linked to that guu from Celtic. Was it O'Riley? May or may not have been been a simple ploy to draw out Atalanta 'tho.

Reinstating Arthur may be next in line :D

We can't be faster because the budget is limited. We can't "shut up and take my money" like the English teams. Probably Juve themselves "released" the player from the promise once they realized that there was no more room for negotiation with Nice.

I understand all that, but that really isn’t Todibo or Nice’s problem.

Nice want money and have set a price, West Ham (and any other EPL team) can easily match or better what we offer and Todibo is desperate for a move and probably figures he can’t keep waiting around for Slowventus and risk going another 6 months playing for a club he doesn’t want to be at.

From his perspective I can see why he just wants to sign with a club and get it done with.

West Ham might be a mediocre club, but they play in the EPL and if he performs well there, he can make a move to a bigger club in that league.
