Yeah i don’t really buy into the rumors about a Chiesa - Frattesi swap, especially knowing that Chiesa won’t be compatible with their formation and would face the same struggles as here last season, but tbf i wouldn’t completely rule out our potential interest in Frattesi who might emerge as a late market opportunity and backup plan for Koopmeiners… however i’d much rather we look elsewhere though.

I don't really have an issue with Frattesi as a player per say. But if we want Koopmeiners, then we will have Luiz, Thuram, Fagioli, Locatelli, Koopmeiners, Miretti and Adiz. We are totally stacked in midfield after Koop. Assuming we lock down Todibo, the biggest hole by far is attacking wingers and forwards in general. Assuming Chiesa leaves, we only have Weah, Yildiz and Vlahovic (assuming Milik is on his way out). That ain't enough for 38 league games, coppa italia, expanded Champions league, Supercup and club world cup - not by a long shot. Hence, Raspadori would be better than Frattesi if you put a gun to my head and forced me to choose.

Honestly at this price just keep and use him until his contract runs out - If he makes a great impression (the type he wants his contract to be - extend him) otherwise lose him on a free transfer. I see his value and even when desperate I will either take 30M or risk a free transfer.

Yeh good luck with that.

If it were me, if I can't use Chiesa in a swap for a player I like and I know I can't get more than 15m, I would turn back to Chiesa and ask for a 1 year extention at the same salary and get Motta to use him and buy time. But I don't think that is the game plan.

That could make sense too, but I don't know if we should depend on a player who doesn't see a future here.

you see you are wrong. who cares if juve loses those important first 3 matches of the season that could decide top 4?

no according to daniel and xperd and rest of throaters juve has till end of august to sort the team. pre season integration doesn't matter.
