Matt O'Reily is a key player for Celtic. Really good left foot for passing and for shooting. Really good at spotting runs, finds himself in advanced positions often and he's a guy you'd trust to either score the goal or make a higher % decision and pass to somebody else who will score.

Not Juve level. Not close. Capable of surprises in CL matches for Celtic definitely, but nah he's not Juventus level.

If that is true, I would argue we still need another winger and a full back and another striker if we plan to offload Milik. That is another 3 players or 2 if we find someone who can play 2 of those roles (such as a striker who can play wide or a full back who can play attacking wide). Something like Adeyemi and a full back. Locatelli and Milik to help fund that. Then it would be an excellent mercato.

Luiz, Thuram, Fagioli and Koopmeiners with Nonge, Adzic and Miretti is enough for midfield. No need to keep Locatelli in that case. And don’t forget we can still get something for McNuggets

Sell only one of Soule and Chiesa, bring in Zhergova, retain Huijsen if you can't bring in a quality CB, give Djalo a chance, sell The walking trashcan in defense, and if Atalanta don't budge on Koop, bring one or even two players who can fill in that gap and might surpirse.

Koop isn't worth the sacrifie, and he's definitely not worth 60 million. We walked away from Calafiori, and we should walk away from this deal too. No need to arm the wankers in Snoozie A with more Mullah.

Also, we still have 6 weeks until the Mercato closes/concludes.
