He didnt fall out of favor with Bayern or Barcelona. They just didnt want to spend the high price tag required to sign him.

City have zero interest in keeping him and want to sell him. If we actually want him, this may be a situation where you play it slow and maybe we can get him on our terms, which I'm sure is a loan/option to buy, like Bayern & Barca have gotten.

i even liked el shaarawy for a while, but at this point he's nothing more than a rotational player. the only acceptable deal is a short term contract on very low wages. even then i'd be disappointed. just use adzic or give sekulov a chance, he can play on either flanks (and as a 9)

Even though they are both 31, suprised as i rated kostic higher. Share-way feels like he's been around forever.

He fell out with Nagelsman and then later with Tuchel, the first time it was patched up, the second time season was pretty much over. In both cases it was down to Cancelo's expectations to start. If we get him, we better start him in every game, or just covertly injure him each time so he can be pissed off with himself.
