Cant see this happening, I recon we are concentrating more on left back than right, I can't imagine Yan Couto is that sort of player. I think whoever that left back is, it'll be a name we haven't been linked with yet.

Cambiaso was Mottas primary LB at Bologna two seasons ago. Dunno who the backup is gonna be but right back is much more urgent as I dont see a starter on the current roster.

Honestly I think the RB will depend on a couple of things, where does Motta see Djalo play, and this might sound mad but I wouldn't be surprised if Gatti converts to RB, along with Danilo and lack of cover for Cambiaso on the left side points out potentially a greater need at LB and if thats the case I find it hard to imagine Couto is that sort of player that will fix our right side, given I think he's really poor defensively, but great going forwards, and hence why I think if we are to get a LB it'll be someone we haven't been linked with to date, I don't even think Mitaj is that player either.

who knows, but if they get Cuoto im sure its not because of his defensive skills. So theyll have something in mind, maybe Motta gets more offensive, maybe they use him as a winger. Who knows, but that right flank worries me so the more they add there the better.

Same thing I do in FM. I filter out everyone not having a contract expiring in 2025, not holding a EU passport, can't play RB and then chase after all left unfiltered.

He looks a bit small for a RB. How tall is he? Looks like someone Mandzukic would put in his pocket and pick up after each goal as a gimmick
