I just assume everything is bs until I read at least three between Agresti, Pedulla, Romano, Schira, and Di Marzio mention it. It’s worked pretty well so far.
- If Romano says it, somebody already reported it.
- If Di Marzio says it, its because he heard it from Marotta's camp.
- If Pedulla, Agresti or Schira say it its because they got the info themselves.

Schira has kinda slipped this summer. He’s been more of a Romano tap in type. Pedulla has come outta nowhere to take his starting spot.

Pedulla has definitely been on top of shit but Schira continually hears things very early and in many cases breaks the news on transfers. You can tell this when he posts a response to a tweet months old where he firsts broke the news on something happening.

I will say Pedulla is more in touch with the EPL so he gets more EPL news it seems faster. But Schira is no tap in merchant ala Romano and is regularly breaking stuff first.

Thuram for example, Schira spoke on MAY 17th that Thuram wasn't interested in extending with Nice and had two Serie A clubs fighting for him. Pedulla didn't link Juventus to Thuram until June 17th when other news sources already had this information and specifically named Juventus. Schira was basically a month ahead of him.

These are their firsts tweets about a Thuram transfer this summer. You cna see Schira's tweet is responding to his May 17th tweet saying two Serie A clubs were interested in Thuram with him not extending.

Calafiori is another one.

Schira tweeted back in APRIL that Calafiori was a main target for Juventus this summer and even back in April was talking to the player and agent about a possible transfer.

Here Schira is on June 6th, responding to his tweet from April 8th linking Juventus to Calafiori.

Pedulla's earliest tweet linking Juventus and Calafiori (he mentions Calafiori in late 2023 but linking him to Milan) was May 21st. When he said "exclusive Calafiori wants Juventus" and said no to Chelsea and Bayer. This again is more than a month later than Schira. His only tweets regarding Calafiori before this was linking interviews before matches and Calafiori talking about dreaming about getting Bologna CL qualification.

Kean is a third case where Schira was the first to say Kean had interest from three Serie A clubs on June 12th. Here Schira is on June 27th responding to his tweet from June 12th about Kean.

Pedulla like a lot of journalists have spoken of Kean probably being sent elsewhere but around that early June timeline Pedulla was rumoring Kean would go to Atletico. In fact, before this June 13th tweet (the day after Schira mentions Fiorentina specifically) Pedulla hadn't mentioned Kean since April only to say he might be sold in the summer. So from April (Kean might get sold in the summer) to the June 13th (day after Schira mentions Kean to 3 Serie A clubs including Fiorentina) Pedulla mentions Kean to Atletico as a rumor.

Here Pedulla is the next day (June 14th) saying a Kean/Morata swap between Juventus and Atletico might be the result.

Then on June 19th, Pedulla mentions the three clubs Schira had mentioned domestically for Kean.

This is nearly a week after Schira first mentioned those three clubs being an option for Kean this summer.

ok but does it really matter for us who is right and who is wrong?

come end of mercato the outcome will be clear.

it's only important if you betting on the transfers.

True, I don't care who's right as long as we get players.

I just wanted to correct what I view as an error regarding Schira (he said Romano tap in type) and that Pedulla was ahead of Schira. This is MASSIVELY not the case imo.

And nobody is a tap in merchant as much as Romano who basically waits either until right before the transfer is done or until major journalists are talking about the transfer being near done before he mentions the transfer. Romano is basically an aggregator who waits until the very end. At that point, I'm a transfer guru. I'll just wait until everybody is talking about it and its just waiting for the confirmation and i'll tweet out. It's like me posting Friday: "big news, Douglas Luiz near Juventus move" and its official Sunday.

If he won't play for Villa I'd be very surprised if he'd want to play in Turkey.
He was stupid to turn down villa, to think it would be Leeds v2 was even more stupid considering how well coached villa are compared to sam allardyce at Leeds. If Mckennie thinks he deserves and thinks he can get the money he wants hea got another thing coming. Personally I wanted him gone this summer anyways, 1 good season would not justify the pay rise he wanted and selling him whilst his stock is high is the best for us, I doubt he will replicate last season again.

Better food and weather? Seems like the things McKennie values.
Don't know about the food, Birmingham is known for some of the best Curry houses in the country... if he likes that sort of thing.

Nico Williams - Did he sign for anyone or still a Bilbao player?
Wondering if they want some king of swap (D.L style)

if the choice is between mckennie, locatelli or rabiot to keep i chose mckennie.

the other 2 could never do this:

The one I like the most is Locatelli, Rabiot is the strongest obviously and McK is probably the one who deserves a stay after last season.
Anyway Rabiot is a money hog so will probably leave while McK seems to be on the way out after the A.Villa fiasco

It's Bilbao, they only sign Basque players, we have none. Besides they'll make any suitors pay the release clause, way out of our reach.
