That makes sense to me and is the most likely outcome. If we don't sign Koop, then Samardzic. If Rabiot leaves, then Thuram.

Koop and Yildiz are different players though. Former will act as a real trequartista, the latter is better cutting in from the wing and getting into the box. We need someone like Koop who has a good passing range, link up play, and an eye for goal outside of the box.
