Kimmich definitely appears to be on his way out at Bayern but just because one swap deal happened with Aston Villa doesn't mean everything will be one.

I actually dont think their values are too far off (Bayern playing the extra €10 million is insanity). I think Chiesa is probably in the €30-35 million range and Kimmich is the €40-45 million range, as both only have 1 year left on their deals and Kimmich will be going into his age 30 season.

That being said, Kimmich is on massive wages that Juventus wont come close to matching, not to mention I highly doubt he's looking to leave Bayern to join a club that is in the process of trying to build itself back up to compete to win Italy, much less Europe.

If Kimmich leaves Bayern, he'll be joining one of the top clubs in Europe, and probably to play as a midfielder.

doesn't he get tax benefits? so costs would be similiar to actual Chiesa.

Chiesa and 10m for Kimmich would be madness to refuse. Specially since both are expiring in 2025

Huijsen fits Motta a lot better than Gatti, although he would also bring more in a sale. If they can get 20M for Gatti they should do that.
If we can sell Gatti to fund part of our mercato instead of selling Huijsen we do that in a heartbeat. I think we didn't think anybody would want any of our dudes outside the young promising ones.

I have no clue about the tax laws anymore.

Also, dont forget Bayern are about to complete the signing of Michael Olise soon. So they have Olise, Sane, Musiala, Coman, Gnabry, Tel, and Zaragoza all on the team right now. I cant imagine they're looking for another wing, even if they sell someone like Kingsley Coman (as rumored).

This just feels like a complete nonsense rumor where the logic doesnt even make sense.

For me, it all depends on Calafiori.

If we can find a way to sign him, I'm all for selling Huijsen to raise necessary funds and keeping Gatti, who would fit the profile of a backup CB much more.

If we cant sign Calafiori, I'd much rather keep Huijsen as a developmental CB that could potentially turn into a high upside starter in the future and sell someone like Gatti.

It's gotta be Calafiori/Bremer or Huijsen/Bremer. We cant afford to keep all 3, but it would really suck to not sign Calafiori and still sacrifice Huijsen to raise funds
