Nobody wants Rabiot except Allegri, and at any cost it seems. This is 100% a Philip Scofield molestation story because it makes no sense otherwise.

But Vlahovic is? What about the Faggy French frog on 7? How about the terminally injured joke of a CB Bumucci on 6.5? What about the dabbing hoe in the infirmary? Yeah, I thought so.
Why always bring up other names to justify us overpaying for yet another player?

Vlahovic's salary is stupid, so is BonBon's.
Rabiot at least has been our best mid and had a really good season, so at least he's showed something recently.

What has Chiesa shown that's worth of a such a raise? The audacity to have a season like this and ask for a raise.

When you have premier League sides offering him twice his current wages I am sure that it is hard to say no in today mercenary football world.

Nobody knows exactly.
3 days ago, news is Rabiot almost certain to leave. Yesterday it was reported he possibly take our offer for 1 year extension. In July, everything will be clearer. Now journalist just recycling news for us to read and read again

Locatelli was top 2-3 mids in Serie A last time he played under De Zerbi. He was one of the best passing mids in Europe playing as deep-lying playmaker in a double pivot.

Let’s just hire De Zerbi already and get it over with.

I just want to start my summer vacation of the news of: Giuntoli starts in Juve by firing Allegri, De Zerbi hired, Rabiot thrown out head first, SMS signed, threesome in first night out of vacation.

The sad thing is he'd probably jump at the opportunity to come home & coach the biggest club in Italy

1 - I highly doubt Chiesa wants to negotiate a new contract right now, unless it's on his terms. This is on the club's timetable. No agent wants to negotiate a contract with a client coming off a major injury/down season with term on the contract. He has no leverage in negotiations. You know when he will have leverage? Next summer (if still at Juve) when Chiesa would hopefully have an improved season and only 1 year left on his contract knowing another club could sign him for free in 6 months.

2 - What person in any walk of life doesnt try to make more money in their job when presented the opportunity? Chiesa can look around Europe or at his own club and absolutely has the right to ask to be the highest earner on this team. Someone has to make the most money. Chiesa has the right to ask to be that guy. The "audacity" to ask for a raise? Give me a break. Evaluate the situation from a business (or common sense) perspective and not as a complete mark.

If Chiesa wants to stay at Juve and the club wants to keep him long term, negotiating in early 2024 makes more sense for both parties.
