I wouldn't be surprised to see him being a 15m+ player in a few seasons. But equally could easily see him not kick on. I don't think he is ready for Juve and should have another season at Rangers develop.
thanks for the useful scouting feedback. I only seen clips, and even there you could see the unfocused relaxed or nonchalant moments. But the raw ability combined with that size is super intriguing to watch. Hope he pans out and comes to to the big leagues eventually, will be fun to follow if he does.
