no problemo, we paid 35m for him and already collected 10m for the loan. Why not keep him with they dont want to sell? He has shown glimpses of great talent with them, but then faded away just like the rest of the team. We will need RW since Cuadrad and probably Di Maria are leaving. Keep him and extended his contract on reasonable salary.

Maybe this is a good sign that he will come back. After all the penalties nobody will probably want to come here in the coming years.

With rovella, cambiaso, fratesi and some other young player from loan, our summer mercato is to predictable.

At least allegri will stay.

Pogba
Loca
Frattesi
Fagioli
Rovella
Miretti

Would be my favorite midfield group since........

since.....

2015?
That midfield is good at best. We really need a star midfield signing. A Vidal or Pogba type transfer from back in the day. Highly rated players with more upside. Even a Pjanic level player will elevate our midfield considerably. It’s amazing that even after buying a shit ton of CMs over the years, our best midfielder since the MVPP era has been this years Rabiot. What a travesty.

Yeah and after all he just turned 23. Still a lot of room for improvement while having 3 years of experience at us and Tottenham already. At the moment I wouldn’t mind him returning

When we signed him, Pogba was a youth level player. Vidal was an up and coming midfielder in Bundesliga. We don't need star midfield signings, we need a quality scouting department, if they can't do their job hire someone who can.

Kulusevski would rock here under the leadership of an attack minded coach.
Lol

You’re a Conte throater. He sucked ass for 6 months this year under Conte. His goals and assists/90 were even worse than they were under Allegri.

Up and coming? He was Bundesliga team of the season in 10-11 before his move here.

That's what players on the rise do. By the time Vidal arrived here, he wasn't a star midfielder imo, his salary was similar to Marchisio's. Our star midfielder signings were Rabiot, Paredes, Pogba, Ramsey, etc.
Meh. He came here because his club refused to sell him to Bayern and sold him on the cheap to us instead. He was team of the season and named Chilean footballer of the year that season. Absolutely was a top player already when we bought him and showed it from the get go.

on pitch he turned out to be a top player from the get go, agreed.

on the market he was not a top player or a star player when he signed for us. we sold him to Bayern for 40m, now that is cheap for a star midfielder. 12.5m means he was not quite there yet.
