Failegri is definitely part of the problem, not part of the solution. You seriously need to stop sipping from the Blind Optimism Koolaid if you think we need to move forward with Failegri.
I didn’t say that. What this club needs to do is understand what it wants to be first and foremost and start to run itself professionally again. If we do that, with Allegri or without him we would make a success. Allegri isn’t a bad manager, he just has an ugly style and philosophy.

So players like Cuadrado are declining due to age but young players dont improve due to age and play time?
Sandro improved under Allegri? Are both talking about A.Sandro who came here got one good season and then declined rapidly he isnt even trusted to play as a LWB?
Locatelli - Locatelli has been a good player before and he is a good player now. It has nothing to do with Allegri as he hasnt really improve or declined - He is pretty much the same.

In any case the problem is first Allegri and then his players. You might even win Serie A with Allegri but it will only happen when the other teams not up to the task.
Old players decline regardless of coaching, if not then let’s try to get Del Piero out of retirement. Young players improve with experience and coaching, again if not then Arsene Wenger wasn’t talented at all, he just fielded enough young players.

Sandro has been converted to a CB and is a vast improvement on how he was as an LB for the last 3 years

He's now because he's outdated .

This isn't improvement, more like the positional shift suit his current characteristics. Same like Danilo, and Danilo starting to played better under Pirlo not Allegri
Sandro is still shit for a CB standard anyway

His style isn’t outdated, it’s just not progressive…. You don’t have to be a Pep-clone post 2010 to be ‘one of the cool kids’

Yes Danilo improved under Pirlo and he has continued to improve under Allegri. Regardless, the players we have were assembled by a fraud (paratici) and a novice (Bini) - the problem with this squad has been the amateurish recruitment and lack of long term plan. To solely blame the manager is beyond short sighted.

Allegri appears to have found a work around with this, and that is our u23 team which was the only good decision this club had made in the last 5 years

Please tell me how many managers that doing well with similar approach like Allegri?
Tuchel? Got raped by City
Mourinho? A very old dinosaur
Simeone? Another dinosaur that almost extinct
Conte? Got fired
Their football belong to 90's.
Modern game revolves around high pressing game and fast paced football.

Some individual might play better under him and likewise some also get worse. But as a team there's no clear improvement, we still lack ideas in attacking phase and still conceded silly goals sometimes. Crazy if you don't blame him for that

Tuchel outplayed the mighty Pep quite a few times iirc.
That can happen just like Allegri beating Sarri lol.

Anyway the debate about Allegri is boring at this point. Same thing has been said for the past 2 years.
Ideally he should go but I will definitely understand if he stay for another year because current cases against Juve

guardiola always had the more expensive squad, and in germany every club is bayern's puppy :p
Yeah, wasn't counting his time at Mainz and Dortmund. But at Chelsea he was causing him problems. This certain type of coach always does.

Most importantly he won the CL final. I'd take it.

And he just took over Bayern.

The better coach beating the worse coach, yeah it happens.

So do they have a long term plan or not?
