Juan Cuadrado was set to leave Juventus for the past several weeks but, now he could stay for at least one more season due to Allegri insistence. His agent is discussing the possibility of reaching a new agreement with Juve. However, nothing is certain yet. (@Gazzetta_it)
Yeah we should lock him up otherwise some senior citizen organization would snap him up

You extending with Cuadradro reminds me of us keeping extending over the hill Robbery.

Maybe Cuadrado can be a useful player for 1 year more, but is it worth it?
If there is no obvious way to replace him and if we can't afford an unobvious one then yes, probably.

Good decision for so many reasons.

Max and Cuads haters can suck a dick.
Can't believe you'd gatekeep dicksucking like that. I await your announcement for when those of us who fall into neither category are permitted to give sucke.

I don't get the hate.

For all the crying of some users here, I'm yet to hear names of all the good RB's we could sign that would be an improvement over Cuads.

Chances are we'd just end up being weaker if we let him go.

And even if we bring in someone, we need a back up RB. Cuads would be ideal for that.

If we let go Cuads, we have zero RB's. And no, Danilo isn't a RB anymore.

It makes so much sense to keep him around for one more year, but people always be bitching.

Creativity starts at the back and it's so clear that we are lacking in that department. Sandro and Cuadrado in their primes were fantastic players but they are washed goods at this point. Part of why our play is so stagnant is because of them.

100%

If there's nobody who will be the long-term replacement we might as well keep Cuadrado. He's done well this year when he's not been playing every game. A bit of rotation and we're fine for another year at RB

Cuadrado is still an effective backup option provided he takes a wage cut.

Which is the whole point.

There's no point keeping washed, backup level players on starter level wages. We badly need to regulate our salary cap and most of the older players do not justify their wages at all.

Which reminds me of when people wanted to extend guys like Khedira and Mandzukic when they were beyond washed up. Similar comments were made back then. 'Let's keep them for two more years because they're useful' '

I agree. Ideally we sign a good RB or have someone promoted from the NextGen and have a year to switch between Cuadrado and the new player.

Bonucci should leave with Tek.

Danilo, De Winter, Cambiaso. We already have 3 options in our roster. Add one and we can finally let go of has-been Cuads.

This guy is considered reliable on VS, he doesn't post that often. As usual, take with a pinch of salt...

i will probably stop watching football if allegri stays

i already dropped non juve matches after -15 happened. at least i can fully cancel my cable tv subscription, the only reason we still have it is juve. no one in the family watches tv anymore, it's either juve or streaming

also tek leaving would be a huge surprise, i don't see that happening without a golden handshake

Yep me too. Not worth watching juve waste away games with this mentality
