kostic and danilo aren't fullbacks, otherwise looks like an improved squad

also i'm not sure whether it complies with the 17+4+4 rule. new arrivals feature some players who are neither association grown nor homegrown

Kostic would make a fantastic fullback. Danilo would completment well because he is more defensive. If you look at the marcelos robertsons they were even more attacking then a kostic.

kostic is a wingback buddy, that has been his preferred position with both club and country for a long time

it's not about being attacking or not, he's not suited for defensive duels, that's all. that's why cancelo will never be a safe bet in a 4-man defense. if we want to keep playing kostic and exploiting what he has to offer, then sticking with a 3-man backline makes sense

we cant rely on the likes of rugani, bumucci and sandro to do a job. If anything we need a CB or 2. Torres, left footed, plays from the back can actually play in a back 4 better than most of our defenders. Fits the fucking bill!
