We have no money, wont play the kind of football that would let them score tons of goals, are in Serie A and aren't contenders for the CL. 3-4 years from now if we return to winning ways and go far in the CL on a regular basis, and somehow make EPL money despite being in Italy.

You could say the same about Real and Barca. Now that Messi is gone, their league is even worse than Serie A. Neither have money, thought Real could probably raise enough to sign them. Barca is dying because of the salaries they offer, Real is not far behind. It's historical prestige that will keep clubs like Real, Barca and Juventus as attractive destinations for a few more years.
