no need to do this, because the signing on fee is reported when the player is registered. Look at this:

we paid Ramsey 3.7 m signing on fee and had to report it in official statement, but there is no such statement for Rabiot.

Here are all the statements from the period of his signing:
https://www.juventus.com/en/club/in.../price-sensitve-press-releases#season-2018-19
there is nothing on Rabiot.

Another free agent press release - Emre Can:

we paid him 16m signing on fee.

This all means Rabiot had no signing on fee at all.
16m to Can ffs. We’re so lucky that Dortmund wanted him.

I have a feeling McKennie's sale could be linked to Ronaldo's departure. Why? Because only then we could go back to the market to buy some proper CM for Allegri.

Let's be honest, in interviews Max has to say only nice words for Ramsey as regista or Berna as mezzala but the truth is, the midfield department is fucked up. Selling McKennie alone doesn't bring much, you can't buy any better quality with that. However if Ronaoldo was to leave (seems unlikely at the moment, yeah) I'd assume we'd go for a lesser/cheaper forward and put the money towards midfield, which is something that Max has wanted to do for years now.

I'm not in Max's head but if I was him I'd be much more happy with our forward line, even without Ronaldo then the current midfield. If we stay like this, we really need to to hope that Rabiot and Locatelli quickly jump into the starters role and Bentancur at the very least maintains the form he presented against Udinese, instead the shit-show he served us with during the last season.
If McKennie stays, he shouldn't be written off too, I have much more hopes with him than Ramsey-the-makeshift-regista and Berna-the-useless-mezzala.

Not exactly. There were agreements on 10 mil and 7 mil. Only not to be paid immediately but later on.

even if its not paid immediately it should be report in the press release - that we agreed to paid something, look at Emre Can statement:
Juventus will incur additional costs of 16 million, to be paid over next two financial years
its also no straight away payment, yet its reported, pretty sure we are forced to post this data due to financial status of the company.

press releases tend to be inaccurate. rabiot's historical book value is 1.4m, that can't be anything else than agent/signature fee. also, it was a friendly suggestion in case you're curious: financial reports contain all information at one place, no need to look up all press releases.

Sissoko is very lazy, at least the American has energy or just sell because we have too many midfielders anyway. Rabiot and Arthur will get a fee.

What would you do with that money?
I wouldn't sign mid player because we've got too many of them, not this year at least. It's not like I love having them but I think they will do well under Allegri. We signed Locatelli so it'd be normal to get rid of one. I don't think we're strong financially so if there's a need of cash then selling McKennie makes sense. Again, I would easily get rid of Arthur or Ramsey before selling McKennie but imo it's impossible.

I would probably sign a defender. Either some DC or a left back. Another good option would be getting hands on some talented kid, have him loaned out for a year and then bring him back. We've got many holes to fill in the future. DC, LB, DM/box-to-box, ST. Some wonder kid for 30mln would be a nice deal imo, as long as he covers those positions.

Yes we’re not that strong in defense especially with this goalkeeper.
Yeah, I forgot to mention GK. Milan did an incredible job (it seems) finding a good and quite cheap GK. Might be one of the best moves in Serie A.

Oh and saving some money is not a bad idea as well. There are some players to keep an eye on although some may seem impossible. Zaniolo and Vlahovic should be taken into consideration surely. Sergej too but he seems too expensive and we could only sign him for some crazy amount plus some good player(s) which we might not use, like Kulusevski.
