We have been saying this for years but Juve doesn’t seem to care about having a full squad. I agree that it would be good to have full homegrown backups.
Especially at GK. Mirante would have been a excellent 2nd choice, and then when he retires there is Audero. Pinsoglio or whoever as 3rd choice is fine as well. That's 2/4 HG spots used, allowing you to have 20 outfield non-homegrown players. But oh well...

When the homegrown squad regulations were introduced I thought all the Serie A clubs would have homegrown 2nd and 3rd choice GKs

I'd be happy with Mirante as our 2nd 'keeper.

We probably should have made that move a few seasons ago.

Links to Hazard and Riqi Puig.
Puig is rumored to cost 20M while Hazard is a loan with obligation set at 60M

Puig is ok I guess but I`d like us to loan with option or an exchange.
Hazard - Im a bit torn about him. He can definitely play on the left wing which will definitely improve us but on the other hand I havent been impressed by him since he left France.
I guess he is better than Greizmann...

Anyway its Calciomercato so take it lightly until proven otherwise.
Assuming its Eden and not Thorgan..id pass.

Hazard at Chelsea was from a different planet. But he’s past it now. He’ll turn 31 next year, has major fitness issues, and will likely be a very expensive buy/loan. Sure he can rediscover form and get over the injuries too, but is a very big gamble.

Yeah, Buffon staying longer than expected made that impossible, but even when he left, we went for Perin (probably we didn't trust Woj fully). Hopefully now with Donnarumma we can do it

Yap its certainly an issue but it will also make us able to play this: Donnarumma; A.S Chiellini MDL Cuadrado; Locatelli CM; Hazard Dybala Chiesa; Ronaldo
CM= one of Bentancur Rabiot and McKennie.
Sounds like a pretty good team to me.

Pass on Hazard for that proce, he is too much of a gamble, would take him only below 30mil and salary lesser than 10m.
For LW maybe we should try Thuram or Cunha from Bundesliga.

Also forgot about Wamangituka, who won the rookie of the year in Germany, he is fast as fuck and can play on the wings

I mean he already knows English so that leaves Italian and Spanish. Maybe Parisian French accent as well .
He been so great for us that I wouldn't be pissed at all if he tries a new challenge like next year. Would be interesting to see him in Juve at some point, but we would need to get a replacement and I can't think of anyone being close to his level except Håland.

Will never happen but would be a Ronaldo-level coup
Never say never.

What are the odds he leaves? Not necessarily to Juve, but to Real Madrid or PSG or somewhere like that

I don't think there's much of a chance this window but maybe next summer.

Problem is he's so important for Bayern so even next year I doubt we'll want to let him go. Grieving for the day we have to replace this guy, he became this good and important for us.

He's not "just" a Gomez, Elber, Mandzukic, Makaay, Luca Toni etc type of striker (with all respect for all those), he's so much more for us than just that.

Pretty sure Lewa will do a Zlatan/Ronaldo and stay at the top until his mid/late 30's, he's already pretty much doing exactly this.

Will go down in history as one of the best strikers ever.
