So what is our net spend so far this Summer?

Seems like we're spending hardly anything, bit ridiculous after one of our best ever seasons. I imagine if we can offload Isla and Llorente we'll have spent next to nothing and i'm assuming our wages decreased.

Well, my hopes that we'd more assertive in the market after establishing ourselves in Europe are dying by the day.

I'm sorry to inform we will remain a team that only goes for players at the right price.

But i heard there are plenty of EPL and spanish teams you can supprt :)

Man i can't wait for next summer or the summer after that. all those cut priced epl rejects. They will go full retard next year and we can sign all those unwanted players and beat them on the pitch
Is it me or was this summer pretty boring overall ? I thought there would be more big buys, only Di Maria and sterling until now

I expect us to actually improve our squad after monumental seasons, so far we've lost 2 WC players. Brought in a free agent, a prospect who HOPEFULLY will be World Class in 5 years time, a Sassuolo scrub and Mandzukic.

Let's just sell llorente, cause we really don't need him here with zaza. A bonus would be to get rid of Isla and pdc too. We would have a net spending of 10 m. Either we sign real quality players or stay as we are. Will be enough for serie a anyway

Why do people think it's a black and white choice between

A) Spending nothing

B) Destroying your club by spending 10x more than you're capable of

We are absolutely capable of spending a LOT more than fucking 21M after a domestic double and a record breaking CL campaign in terms of income.

We don't need to be retarded and spend 120M on 3 players. But we DO need to replace WC players who leave us, with WC players. If we can't even maintain our level, then we're not being ambitious enough.

How is it that we can sell Vidal so quickly to the first bidder, and not even have a target lined up to replace him? I don't blame Beppe, it's not his money we're spending. But we should have brought in one world class playmaker this Summer. Especially if one of the best B2B mids is sold and our star striker fucks off home.

Nah, if we increase our Draxler offer by 5M, it would put us back 8 years financially.

So unlike every other club in Europe, we should just give in to players demands straight away? This isn't a fucking charity. He signed a contract, he was getting consistent game time and if we told him you're staying put until/unless we get an offer we want, he'd have done his job and carried on.

Who sells their best player 'because they all of a sudden want to leave' without lining up a replacement?

People here would have you believe we're about 1 or 2 dodgy deals worth a few million Pounds away from being bankrupted and breaching FFP.

and got some back. All of it if we sell Llorente and Isla.
I don't think we're as weak as people are making it out to be with all the departures.

Tevez is the only big loss as far as I'm concerned.

And we've replaced him with Mandzukic, Dybala and perhaps Draxler and a more experienced Morata.
Basically we have more attacking options than before.

Be honest to yourselves guys, Vidal wasn't that great last year.Nowhere nearhis 2013 form infact. You can see some people really wanted him to be sold asap and the same people are bitching about his departure now.

As for Pirlo, outside of free kicks, he's been plain awful

There is a big overreaction here.Selling Pogba this year would've made us look like Atlético than selling Vidal.
