Lavezzi is so 3 mercatos ago.
Try 15. We wanted Lavezzi in 2008 or 2009. Since then he's had an entire career with Napoli and PSG, at PSG his form is inconsistent at best and we already have 5 players who play the same position.

I like Lavezzi's playing style a lot, but buying him now would make no sense whatsoever.

In case we fail to acquire either of Draxler or Gotze (My inner transfer Muppet is dying and I am starting to believe we aren't getting either of them, unless Lord Nos says otherwise over the coming days) should Coutinho be considered a realistic target?

I don't know if he'd want to come here though, but I'd love to have him here!

It could be argued that you would have to spend even more for him than you would for Draxler or Gotze

There are rumors of De Bruyne going to City, which, if materialized, may present David Silva as a market opportunity.
Also, one of the predictions of Lord Nostradamus would turn out to be wrong.

Inb4 Nicholas wets his pant again
Too late. That's it, I've had it. Someone else can wipe him clean.

Belgian media report it as being certain.
